"This insurance provides coverage for the insured items against any sudden and unforeseen physical loss or damage owing any cause except those specially excluded, cover also includes during loading, unloading or ordinary transit other than by air or by sea anywhere in Hong Kong.
It is worth mentioning that the required insured value must be represented the New Replacement Value, otherwise, under insurance or average will be applied. Moreover, Basis of Indemnity on claims as defined as while partial loss or damage, the insurer will pay for expenses of repair with no deduction for depreciation, and total loss, the insurer will only pay the actual value of item immediately before the occurrence of the loss, such actual value to be calculated by deducting proper depreciation from the replacement value of the insured items."
