This is a compulsory insurance required under the Hong Kong Ordinance where the employers (including main contractors &/or all its sub-contractors) will be indemnified in respect of all sums which the employers shall be legally liable to pay as compensation for personal injuries or disease sustained by employees arising out of and in the course of employment in relation to the construction project.
